Background
Before moving into design, I worked in the public sector supporting families, young people, and schools. A lot of my time was spent helping people navigate complex systems, long forms, and confusing processes.
Seeing how difficult these experiences could be made me interested in how thoughtful design can reduce stress and improve everyday services.
That experience naturally led me into UX design, where I could combine empathy, research, accessibility, and problem-solving to create clearer digital experiences for users.
I enjoy simplifying information, improving user journeys, and designing interfaces that feel intuitive and easy to use.
My projects currently focus on responsive web and mobile experiences, including service-based platforms, community-focused apps, and accessible public-sector style tools.
I’m continuing to grow my skills through hands-on design projects, UX research, prototyping, and ongoing learning.
